Jane Korsberg, MS,RD,LD is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian that, in addition to being an Instructor of Nutrition at Case, owns and operates Nutrition Reality LLC, a private practice that emphasizes wellness and disease prevention. She counsels people on a variety of health related issues including diabetes, heart health (lowering cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure), weight management, food allergies, and gastrointestinal problems. In addition, she helps those who have special dietary needs, such as vegetarians, athletes, pregnant women, and adolescents. She is able to answer questions on these topics as well as food safety concerns, how to make informed choices when grocery shopping or eating out, choosing dietetics as a career, and more.
