Dr. Subha Raman is assistant professor of Internal Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at The Ohio State University Medical Center and Medical Director, Cardiac MR and CT. She has a unique blend of expertise - in both medicine and engineering - as she received a masters of science degree in Electrical Engineering from OSU as a National Science Foundation Fellow. Dr. Raman is involved in research studies that include the use of cardiac MRI in women who may be at risk for coronary artery disease. She is also studying the use of cardiac computed tomography to produce coronary angiograms noninvasively and invasive coronary angiography with an all-digital imaging system. Dr. Raman has authored a number of articles that have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Current Problems in Cardiology, International Journal of Cardiac Imaging, and The New England Journal of Medicine. She has made several presentations to both professional and community organizations.
