- In 2000 established and direct a nonprofit free-standing clinic specializing in eating disorders that serves Central Ohio. It provides outpatient specialized treatment, education/prevention and research in the area of eating disorders. It functions with a balanced budget of over one million dollars. Staff has increased from 4 to 20 full/part-time.

- Provide supervision to graduate students, MD’s in residency, and educational training for the Department of Psychiatry on eating disorders and other psychotherapeutic clinical issues.

August 1995 to March 1997: Clinical Director of Harding Outpatients Services, Worthington, OH
- Administrator of five clinical sites that provided comprehensive mental health services in Columbus and Worthington, Ohio. Director of a multi-disciplinary staff consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other masters level professionals.
- Worked with staff to assure quality clinical standards using JCAHO format in a managed care environment.
- Work with staff to develop and maintain a wide range of outpatient programming in response to the community needs.
- Developed and oversaw a multi-million dollar budget.
- Recruited, hired and evaluated outpatient staff. In 1996 this represented a 25% increase in staff, resulting in 35 clinicians.
- Co-developed, with senior administrators, a new financial compensation plan for outpatient professional staff that increased revenues. Clinical Productivity increased by 51% in 1996. (Reported by Harding President, S.R. Thorward M.D.)

February 1995 to 2000: Clinical Director, The Center for the Treatment of Eating Disorders
- Directed a specialized eating disorders clinical program that provided a continuum of outpatient treatment, working with multi-disciplinary treatment team; psychiatrist, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurse, and nutritionist within the Harding Hospital system.
- Co-developed a specialized partial hospital eating disorders treatment program. (In 1997 this program became part of the day-hospital program.
- Recruited, hired and evaluated staff in the program in the program (2/5/95-4/15/97). Provided clinical treatment for patients with eating disorders.

August 1990 to February 1995: Director of the National Eating Disorders Organization
- Directed and developed the annual national eating disorders conferences. This conference averaged 40 international speakers per year, recognized in eating disorders research and treatment.
- Editor of the quarterly national newsletter.
- Directed and trained volunteers in the programs, e.g., speakers bureau, annual national conference, office work, newsletter.
- Directed the maintenance of the international treatment referral directory.
- Updated educational resources in area of eating disorders.
- Worked with the International Advisory Board who provided feedback, support and participation in NEDO programs.
