Look at how much food there is in a package.

The nutrition and calorie content is for 1 serving. Be sure to carefully follow the suggested serving size or adjust the calorie content to the amount you eat.

For example, the label says 110 calories for a burger. If you eat the whole bag, you would be eating 4 servings, which is 110 x 4 = 440 calories total.
