I arrived in the USA five months ago and since then once or twice a week I get a strange itching on my hands or sometimes on my feet. I start scratching and some big red rash appears underneath my skin. Plus my hands get bloated for a couple of minutes and then everything gets back to normal. I think it is more a problem with my blood circulation rather than a fungus but I cannot diagnose it.
