What is the best treatment for a heat rash by the rear-end and can it spread? Thank you.
I am unsure of your question. If you are asking about heat rash, the treatment involves keeping the area dry and reducing the irritation due to rubbing from clothing. It can spread if other areas of the skin are in the moist environment or if the area has become infected. The rash would need to be evaluated in order to determine if it is infected.
