Low Tension Glaucoma

Question:

MY wife has low pressure in her eyes (10 and 12 respectively) and low blood pressure yet has been diagnosed with "Low Tension Glaucoma".

A recent field test shows significant loss of vision despite her takeing Xalatan drops as specified by her Dr. What can she do to try and preserve her remaining sight?
