I have had a CT Scan and Ultra sound of my kidneys - a complex cyst of the left kidney and an undefinable cyst on the right kidney have been found. What exactly is a complex cyst? What are the treatments.
There are many types of cysts that occur in the kidney. In order to be of more help to you, I need to know why the CT Scan and Ultra sound studies were done. I would suggest that you ask the physician who ordered these studies to explain the differences. An excellent source of information about the different types of kidney cysts can be found using the National Institute of Health web site listed below.
