White Circles on My Tongue

Question:

I frequenly get white circles on my tongue and is more red in the middle of the circle. There is one large one in the front and one on either side. There is no pain and Ibrush regularly. Seems to last longer and longer each time. Been happening for a couple of years now. I am 38 years old.
