Question:

What happens if a girl who has hemophilia has her period? Can she hemorrige?

Answer:

Girls with hemophilia often have problems with heavy periods.  The lower the level of clotting factor in her blood, the more severe the bleeding with periods is likely to be.  However, heavy bleeding with periods can be controlled with the proper medications.
