Wife`s pregnancy

dear sir, this is related to my wife`s pregnancy. she is seventh month pregnant and recently traveled in train for a duration of one and a half day. after that she felt pain in the lower side of her belly. she consulted a physian and was told that the baby has come down a bit and there is some chance of premature birth. the doc then prescribed the following: DUVADILAN RETARD ISO X SUPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE 40 mg i would like to know more about this medicine and also whether it shall have any detrimental efect on the mother and the child. kindly furnish me the details at the earliest.

Duvadilan is used as uterine relaxant and is considered safe to use in pregnancy.
