Dear SIR;i am 30 yr old female and a mother of one child and healthy.But unfortunately me and my boyfriend had sex and the condom happen to rupture to our surprise,i am not administering any kind of other contraception,we are actually not ready for a second child at this moment when we are in shatters both financially and mentally, i had administerd panadol a& parecetamol as per my friends advice for 10 days to restrict pregnancy but found myself to be positive to pregnancy whith the pregnancy test,now i am taking 3 primolut N pills on my friends reccomendation and hoping to get rid of the preganacy,due you think this is an effective method to control being pregnant.
Kindly reccomend me a safe and effective method and help me overcome this situation.
i will be a total disgrace to my parents and my family if i happen to be pregnant and known

Primolut is not be an effective method to terminate a pregnancy. There are medical and surgical options to terminate pregnancy. These are best discussed with a healthcare provider in your area.
