Metronidazole02/11/2008 03:34PM |
I was not sure on who to ask. I have Trichomonas and they gave me 4 pills of Metronidazole and said it would be gone in a week. They also said for me not to have any alchol or have sex for a week. I had sex three days after taking the medicine, so I wasn`t sure if I should go and get tested again or call them and ask for more medicine? Or will it just still go away since the medicine is still in my body?
The medicine is no longer in your body. If you think you may have been reinfected with trichomonas, you should go back to see the practitioner who tested you and gave you the metronidazole to discuss your concerns.
