Question:

I am documented case of CAD having 100% blockage of my right artery which is very well collaterlised as per my cardiologist. The central copronory artery is less than 70% blocked whereas left coronory aretery is 30% blocked. I`m presently on management since 2004 when I suffered MI. Have been a smoker and alcoholic, though both drinking and smoking are given up since episode. Please advise as to further course of treatment.
