Looking for information on allergies/allergic reactions to mushrooms? Seem to be going round in circles, and not finding any references to this. My son seems to suffer "anaphylaxis" type symptoms after eating mushrooms, (no matter if only in a sauce), and we trying to find any info that might help him with this.
Anaphylaxis may occur after ingestion of any food including mushrooms. The confirmation of such a reaction can be established by skin and/or blood tests. Consult an allergist for conducting and explaining such tests.
