I received an answer but it did not address my question: A person has a + PPD but a clear CXR. My question was about doing the annual questionnaire--not serial CXRs nor about treating latent TB. There is a vague recommendation about doing the questionnaire annually for 3 to 5 years and then repeating a CXR. My question is, for establishing a policy within our practice, is there a more concrete number of years the questionnaire can be done--assuming all answers are "no"-before a CXR should be repeated?
