Question:

i have a 1year old with white sore on her gums and inside her mouth what can that be please they look like little white pimples

Answer:

This could be one of several conditions, including yeast infection (candidiasis; "thrush") or viral infection (such as oral herpes or enterovirus). She would have to be evaluated, ideally by either a pediatrician or an oral pathologist, in order to determine exactly what is going on.
