i got my braces off a while ago and they only put a permant retainer on the bottom and now my teeth on the top of my mouth are starting to move.. What should i do
You should wear the removable retainer the orthodontist gave you for the upper teeth. If you do not have a retainer for the upper teeth you need to see the orthodontist.
