I`m a 54yr old female who, in the last month have been getting a lot of hot flashes at night and also urinating every night up to 3 to 4 times. I`m now finding that my sleep pattern is affected as I don`t sleep long and am getting very tired during the day. Should I see a doctor about these symptoms?
Yes, you need to see your doctor for both insomnia and hot flashes. Both of which may a affect your sleep and hence the urge to urinate.
