Help my teeth hurt bad

Question:

I no its stress and I am seeing a mental doctor for the stress I have 1, I had brain surgery 6 months ago 2. after 2 months of having my sister went nuts on me started hitting my head side to side at my tempals still do not no what set her off still to this day 3.my son gets up and takes off from his home here and he blames me because I did not stop him I did not even no he was going to do something like this he is 20 years old so he is no child sorry ok here are my sytoms teeth are numb and later on during the day they become sore I have got to where people can not hear me I don`t talk loud enough and I don`t have a smile any more my face fells tight I can not smell good and my neck is made of stone please help just what do I do
