Hand pain

03/23/2009

Question:

I have severe pain in the outside pads at the bottom of the palms of my hand. What could cause this? It came on quite suddenly - had hadn`t been doing any sports activity. I also have pain in my thumbs and left arm. I can`t turn my head even as far as my shoulder.

Answer:

You may need to get an MRI to your neck to rule out disc herniation.
