I have recently had this operation. How long does it take to get back to normal? I am finding pelvic floor exercises painful and feel sick when doing them.
Sling operation should eliminate the need for pelvic exercise. You should also talk to the surgeon who performed the operation for, sometimes, inflammation due to foreign object may cause muscle pain. It may take few weeks to overcome this condition unless infection or over correction is the cause.
