Elevated BUN/Creatinine Ratio09/24/2009 |
My 13 mos. old is underweight. His doctor decided to run labs on him. His BUN/Creatinine ratio is 75.. creatinine .24 and BUN 18 mg/dL. CO2 is 14 mmol/L. What is this a sign of?
I would speak with your pediatriciann about these findings. The fact that the creatinine is normal is reassuring that there is no serious kidney disease.
