Cocaine use prior to conception

Question:

Can you please tell me if using cocaine (a very small amount) two weeks prior to conception could harm the baby?

Answer:

The risks of cocaine are notable at conception and during the pregnancy.  There is little known about what effect using cocaine has on the pregnancy prior to conception.
