Hydrocodone

10/22/2009

Question:

what is the differents in a 5mg, 7.5mg or 10mgs hydrocodone

Answer:

Thank you for contacting Net Wellness. The difference in 5mg, 7.5mg & 10mg of hydrocodone is the amount of medication in each tablet. Most likely there is also Tylenol or acetaminophen in the tablet as well which can differ as well. You should not take any of these products together. Work with your prescriber who should be familiar with your medical history, physical exam and test results; he/she can make an assessment of which strength is most appropriate for your pain.
