Early Pubic Hair

10/27/2009

Question:

My daughter is four years and half now. When she was ten months old she had fine pubic hair. The endocrinology doctor asked for lab tests, abdominal ultarsound. The ultasound was normal. There was no renal or suprarenal cysts or tumors and every thing was normal. Her serum progesterone, androstenedione, testosterone, dhea, deoxy cortisol was good too. The doctor said it might be from corticosteroid topical use in napkin rash. After a while the hair disappeared. Now after almost three and half years she has this fine pubic hair again with no other symptoms no axillary or any other place. What`s your opinion doctor? Thx for your help.
