Bursitis and knee pain10/29/2009 |
I have been diagnosed with bursitis in my hip. I have had 2 cortizone injections. I think it is actually not hurting as bad and I can walk on it, however, now my thigh bone down the front outside part of my thigh is in constant pain. The knee on the same leg is also hurting/aching badly. I can hardly walk on my knee now. It really hurts at the back of my knee in the bend area. Has the bursitis spread to the knee thigh area now? Do I need injections there or is this something else?
It looks like this may be a different problem. You will need to talk to an orthopedic doctor about your knee pain.
