Question:

what does this mean..straighting of lumbar lordosis, vertebral body marrow signal is heterogeneous compatible with fatty inflitration. The cord & conus are unremarkable , the latter ending at L1. Loss of height & hydration of L4/5 disc & to a lessor extent L3/4 with minor end plate infractions compatible with Schmc nodes. No pars defects identified. Canal congenitally narrow, secondary to short pedicles.
