Are My FSH and LH Scores Post Menopausal?05/17/2010 |
I am 51 and was tested for FSH (70.5) and LH (46.3) to determine if I am post-menopausal. Since I had an endometrial ablation when I was 44 for very heavy bleeding, I have not had periods. Fortunately, I had my two daughters at age 38 and 40, despite difficulties with infertility. Do my FSH and LH test scores indicate I am post-menopausal? Thanks in advance for your answer.
Levels can fluctuate a great deal, but these are probably menopausal. You should follow up with the physician who had them drawn for more specifics.
