What Are The Normal Changes in Your 20s?

06/22/2010

Question:

What are the normal changes that occur in your mid-20s? I am concerned because I noticed that my skin is getting dry and thin, I am starting to lose some of my hair, and my short-term memory is getting even shorter. Please shed some light on these concerns and explain the normal changes that happen as you get older. Thanks.

Answer:

This could be a hormonal problem. It would be best for you to have your thyroid checked. Hope this helps. All the best.
