Question:

Can an eating disorder affect creatine levels in urine?

Answer:

Yes.  If a person has anorexic symptoms and is losing an excess amount of weight, creatine levels go down as the body eats on its muscles.  However, creatine can show high values as kidneys are failing in a person with eating disorders as toxins increase in the body, and the kidneys can’t filter them out.
