I am a 14 year old girl i havent had my period in 2 months and my left breast is itching very bad I am a little worried can you help me.

Answer:

Itching of the breast could be due to local conditions like irritation, skin dryness, contact allergy (to new bras, clothing, and personal care products) or eczema. Sometimes, this can be relieved by moisturizers and mild topical steroids. Sometimes, too, the area under the breast or the areas of the breast close to the armpit, can be sites for fungal infections, and if so, must be treated with topical antifungal agents.
 

I do not see a direct relationship with not having a period. If you suspect that a hormonal or gynecologic issue is involved, you should see the appropriate specialist.
