Herniation at T12 L103/18/2011 |
I have a herniated disk on T12 L1 on right side. Where is T12 L1?
Hello, thank you for your question. T12 is the lowest vertebra (spinal bone) in the thoracic spine, which is where the rib cage attaches. L1 is the highest vertebra in the lumbar spine (low back). They meet right at the bottom of the rib cage.
