How do I strengthen my knees?
This is a very broad question that has many variables such as the outcome you are hoping for with beginning an exercise program, general fitness level and what you have access to from a strength training perspective. The muscles that are in and around the knee are the quadriceps, hamstrings and gastrocnemius muscles. You would want to select exercises that target these groups of muscles. Without knowing your fitness level or what your access is to equipment, it is difficult to make specific recommendations. Good luck!
