Puss Cells in Urine08/01/2011 |
I am 20 years male just recovered from an STD (Gonorrhea). I had a course of antibiotics (cifloxcin for 7 days and citralk syrup for 7 days). After 1.5 weeks I went for my urine test. It showed everything normal except puss cells amounting (2-3)/HPF and Epithelial cells amounting (0-1)/HPF. I just want to know if I have completely recovered or have any other disease like chylamdia or what?
You should follow up with your treating physician to ensure that you are completely recovered. It is difficult to say for the urinalysis alone.
