The skin inside mouth is sticking to my my gums and mouth. I feel the inside of my mouth is swollen and my lips are swollen too. The whole inside of my mouth feels Odd

Based on what you are telling me, this may be a condition known as burning mouth syndrome (BMS). Even though it’s called BMS, it really should be called “oral sensory neuropathy,” which means that the nerves that transmit information to the brain about the sensations in the mouth just aren’t working right. Nerves that carry information about pain, taste and/or texture can be affected, and it seems to occur more frequently in peri- and post-menopausal women.

When the nerves that carry texture information are affected, patients may have unpleasant textures in their mouth. For example, they may feel that their mouths are too dry or too wet. They may feel that the lining of the mouth feels slimy or sticky. Some patients have described their mouths as feeling like cotton or Velcro. Sometimes it feels like the lips or tongue are swollen. In all cases, however, the lining of the mouth appears normal when we examine it carefully.
