I am just curious if it is ok to use medication for hemroids while i am pregnant? I am 9 weeks pregnant and was told by many people to stay away from medication while i am in my first trimester. Medications like Preparation and Anusol are commonly used to treat hemorrhoids in pregnancy and are considered safe to use in pregnancy.

I had nose surgery two weeks ago and just found out today that I am about a month pregnant. I put under during my surgery and took some vicodin and atibiotics afterwards. The answer to the question about if there is any harm to the baby depends on what antibiotic you were given and what medications you were given by anesthesia.

dear sir, this is related to my wife`s pregnancy. she is seventh month pregnant and recently traveled in train for a duration of one and a half day. the doc then prescribed the following: DUVADILAN RETARD ISO X SUPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE 40 mg i would like to know more about this medicine and also whether it shall have any detrimental efect on the mother and the child.

My mom in law told me to use only hot (warm)water when washing hands, when taking shower. She told me not to read books, not to use internet etc because my eyes will be blurry in earlier age if i do as soon as after giving birth. My eyes aren`t strong enough now and sometimes blurry, my hands got pain when touching cold water or after awhile of touching cold water, they feel tingle or sometimes undescriable pain.
